Expected wait at dock (minutes)

Detention / waiting time: $10.00 per 15-minute block after a 15-minute grace period at the dock or loading area.

Surcharges apply as actually incurred. Detention is measured from arrival at the dock or loading area; pickups or deliveries between 6 PM and 7 AM, or on weekends, are billed as after-hours even if not selected here.

We do not currently transport specimens, pharmaceuticals, temperature-sensitive, or other regulated materials.
