Compliance & Handling Requirements

We do not currently transport specimens, pharmaceuticals, temperature-sensitive, or other regulated materials.

Core Elements Solutions Group, LLC operates as a Texas motor carrier providing local and regional ground courier service.

Every driver and independent contractor who moves cargo for us must satisfy our qualification standards before dispatch:

• valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle operated;
• motor vehicle record review and criminal background screening;
• proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and auto insurance;
• signed independent contractor agreement;
• documented training for the service lines they run, including chain-of-custody procedures where applicable; and
• periodic re-verification of license, insurance, and driving record.

Qualification documents are collected and stored in our driver portal in private, access-controlled storage.

Every driver, dispatcher, and sales representative must, through the employee portal and before starting work:

• e-sign a role-specific independent contractor agreement covering engagement terms, compensation, scheduling, confidentiality, and 12-month non-solicitation;
• e-sign a W-9 and provide photo ID;
• for drivers, provide proof of registration and of insurance meeting the requirements explained at screening;
• acknowledge these Compliance Standards, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy; and
• for sales representatives, complete the required two-week training program before becoming active; for other personnel, complete the three-week onboarding progression (training, shadowing, supervised execution), except independent box truck contractors.

Access to company portals, the CRM, and communication channels is limited to authorized use and revoked immediately upon separation.

We do not currently accept shipments involving protected health information.

We do not currently offer cold-chain or temperature-controlled transport.

Vehicles used on our routes must be registered, insured, and maintained in safe operating condition, with current state inspection where required. Cargo must be secured for transport. Drivers operate under a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drug use on duty and must report accidents, citations, and license status changes promptly. [Confirm with counsel whether any CDL, hours-of-service, or drug and alcohol testing program requirements apply to your operation as it grows into box truck or freight service.]

Delays, refusals, damaged packaging, temperature exceptions, and any suspected loss are reported to the client contact as soon as identified, and are documented in the delivery record. Cargo claims are handled under the claims process in our Terms of Service.

When we use subcontracted carriers for overflow or backup capacity, those carriers must hold their own operating authority and insurance meeting our minimums and must agree to the handling requirements applicable to your account. We remain your point of contact for the shipment.

Driver qualification files, training records, delivery documentation, and insurance certificates are retained per our record retention schedule and, on reasonable notice, may be reviewed by an account’s compliance team for the records relating to that account’s work. Retention periods are described in our Privacy Policy.
