Quote and vendor review requests. Company name, contact name, business email, phone, service type, delivery frequency, cargo description, and preferred vehicle type.

Driver and contractor applications. Full name, contact information, vehicle type owned or operated, driving and courier experience, driver’s license details, and documents you upload such as license, insurance, or vehicle records.

Email signups. Email address and whether you identified yourself as a business seeking service or as a driver, so we send relevant updates.

Portal accounts. Account email, name, phone, role, and, for drivers, logged hours, compliance documents, and pay statement records.

Operational records. Pickup and delivery details, timestamps, proof of delivery, and communications with dispatch.

Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar log data generated when you use the site. We use only cookies and local browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember that you have already seen the email signup prompt. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access- controlled systems. Uploaded driver documents are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is viewable only by authorized administrators. Portal access requires authentication, and administrative functions are restricted by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and then for the period required by law, insurance, or tax rules.
